Fire Temple is the first tier 3 Conquest dungeon, from item level 2,100, inside the Ancient Zumion Temple Site in Verteron. Almost everything in the temple burns, so bring potions that remove burns. The run is different from the earlier dungeons, as the party splits up at the start to switch on two coolant consoles before meeting again at the bosses.
Route
- From the entrance, run straight ahead through the middle until the path ends.
- Split up there. Part of the party heads left and part heads right, each to switch on a coolant console.
- Silver Blade Rotan, a named monster, moves around this part of the temple. Keep clear of him and of the packs around the consoles.
- Regroup for the first boss, Black Smoke Murute, then the second, Red Spark Ignus.
- Past Ignus, the way leads on to the Mirror Altar, where Kromede’s Desire waits.
Black Smoke Murute
- Arms raised: Murute lifts both arms and slams the ground, leaving fire under every player. Move off it straight away.
- Stamps: he stamps and a series of area attacks grows around him. Back away until it stops.
- Leap: he jumps onto a player. Leave the marked area before he lands.
Red Spark Ignus
- Flame curse: when your health bar turns green, a fire puddle forms under you 3 seconds later and stays for the rest of the fight. Step to the side and leave it where nobody needs to stand.
- Charge at everyone: a mark appears under every player and Ignus dashes from one to the next. Spread out so each dash hits one player only.
Kromede’s Desire
Kromede goes berserk after 5 minutes, so the fight is also a damage check. Most of her attacks punish a party that stands together.
- Sword swings: her normal attacks sweep a wide area in front of her. Fight from behind.
- Bow to the sky: she aims at the sky and arrows rain down, with circles on the floor, and one version stuns. Walk or dodge out of the circles.
- Bow to the ground: lines of fire shoot from her towards every player. It is the attack that kills fastest. Spread out, keep your distance and save an invulnerability skill for it.
- Fire walls: walls of fire close in across the room. Weave through the gaps. The later walls, as her health drops, come with arrows.
- Clones: she moves to the centre and a clone appears in front of every player and strikes twice. Spread out and step behind your clone.

Fire Temple drops the Enraged Kromede weapons, Unique at item level 86, one for each weapon type, at 0.86% each per clear.
